Congrats! To Jenny & Dee: The babies are here!

Cheryl was with Jennifer last night and she's had problems all week. She came home about midnight when her water broke. They went back to the hospital when she went from a 2 to an 8 quickly and everyone scrambled to help her deliver. They realized the babies were not up and down but side to side. She had a c-section and they were out fast! Things went so fast cheryl couldn't take pictures. They needed to get them fixed up. A nurse took a picture on cheryls cell phone. Jens tired. Dee and Jen saw the babies and they were gone. More details to come from Cheryl.

Jenny was planning on naming them Molly Jo and Maddy or Mattie(sp?)Jo. (Fyi- that's cheryls middle name and dee's mother is Joann
)

Here is the letter cheryl sent in the email earlier. For those who didnt get the email here is what she wrote.

Dear Friends and Family,

We had a wonderful, but very unexpected, surprise at 2:09 this morning. Jennifer delivered, via c-section, two beautiful baby girls! The girls were born at 32 weeks so they are tiny, but pink and strong.

The first baby born was Madee Jo, weighing in at 3 pounds and 9 ounces. Her sister, Molly Jo, followed weighing in at 3 pounds and 2 ounces. Madee is very fiesty and she is voicing her discontent with her early arrival. They put her on a respirator at first, but now she is breathing room air on her own. Molly is a bit more reserved and is quietly resting with a little oxygen canula. Jennifer is doing well, but very uncomfortable. Daddy Dee is very proud!

We have attached some pictures. The bow on Madee's hair is light pink and the bow on Molly's hair is bright pink. We think they look very different, but the doctor who delivered them thinks that they are identical because even though they had their own sacks they shared a placenta.

Be warned that "Grandma" won't be able to be found much as she will either be at the hospital with the babies (word of unfortunate warning - they are in the ICU for now and can't be seen - even at a window - so sorry!)., or out SHOPPING for fabulous baby girl stuff.

Sent with love and happiness,
Grammy Cheryl (Bill, Aaron and Lauren)
